To ensure that our terms of business are fully understood and agreed to by the client before taking on any job order.
To respect the confidentiality of any information about the client or the candidate that may be harmful to outside third parties.
To retain the privacy of the client until authorization for disclosure has been given.
Not to present or refer any candidate details to a client until the candidate has been contacted and permission has been received.
To conduct candidate reference checking in a professional manner, with respect to the candidate’s confidentiality.
Any materials or documents entrusted to Commonwealth Staffing by a client for the purpose of executing a brief will be retained in a confidential manner.
